That's a lot of money being spilled out the days and weeks after Harvey has wiped over Houston area. The people who has lost their homes. I hope they have had insurance on their homes. I have heard that most people dont have flood insurance on their homes.
Thats just really sad. I hope Trump will change his mind on the climate change.
